Honke Matsuura, founded in 1804 and the oldest surviving brewery in Tokushima, brews Naruto Tai sake and blends Tokushima's own sudachi citrus juice with honey and sake for its Shumurie Sudachi-shu — a long-seller of more than thirty years.
