Licence No. 1 of the umeshu zone — a couple's tiny kura and its warbler-named star.
Higashino Liqueur holds licence No. 1 (2008) of the Misato umeshu special zone — a small kura run by a couple who returned from Kyoto. Their Hohokekyo, named for the warbler's song, is a certified Tokushima Premium Brand (2016) and took silver in the white-liquor division of the 2024 National Umeshu Awards. Dry, shiso-tinted and rich styles round out the range.
