Plum Foods, founded in 1969 in Minabe, makes liqueurs, drinks and jams from Kishu Nanko plums, and opened the Kishu Kumano Distillery in 2019 to add distilled spirits. Its cask-aged fully-ripe plum umeshu leads the line.
