Tamaasahi Shuzo
Soft Tateyama water and fruity experiments in the Owara dance town of Yatsuo.
Tamaasahi Shuzo, founded in 1808 in Yatsuo — the Toyama town famous for the Owara Kaze no Bon festival — brews with soft underground water of the Joganji river system fed by the Tateyama range, and has turned in recent years to sweet, fruity liqueurs.
