The Story of Yatsushika Shuzo

Yatsushika Shuzo of Kokonoe, Oita, blends Kyushu yogurt into its own honkaku barley shochu for coconoe, a yogurt liqueur at 8% ABV with a faint shochu bitterness. It placed third in the liqueur division of the Tenma Tenjin Umeshu Festival.
