Sakuranosato Shuzo

Sakuranosato Shuzo, established in 1994 as a sister company of Inoue Shuzo, ages its spirits in about 5,500 large clay pots — among the most in Japan — and is known for the shochus Mugetsu and Aka-Mao. Its Shiawase strawberry liqueur is released in limited quantities at 14% ABV.
