Takara Shuzo, the Fushimi drinks maker with history back to 1842 and Japan's largest name in shochu and mirin, makes a Sho Chiku Bai umeshu of 100% Japanese Nanko plums at 10% ABV, and the Sanchi Meguri series that bottles regional fruit — Miyazaki mango, Furano melon, Yamanashi peach and mikan among them.
