Baishin Shunju — ripe-plum purée nigori umeshu from the Kotsuzumi house of Tamba.
Nishiyama Shuzojo, the Tamba brewery founded in 1849 and home of Kotsuzumi sake, makes Baishin Shunju, a cloudy umeshu enriched with ripe plum purée. It won gold in the nigori division of the 2024 National Umeshu Awards.
