Hakutsuru, the Nada Gogo house founded in 1743, makes the Marugoto Shibori ("whole-pressed") liqueur line — yuzu, peach and lemon pressed whole — plus the jelly-textured Purupuru series. The Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum in Kobe opens its brewing culture to visitors.
