Niihama's last remaining brewery, generous with Ehime mandarins.
Kondo Shuzo, founded in 1878, is the last brewery remaining in Niihama, Ehime. The fifth-generation head became toji (master brewer) in 2001 and restarted in-house brewing; its Ehime Mikan de Sake liqueur is loaded with Ehime-grown satsuma mandarins.
