Hatomasamune
Umeshu and a snow-cloudy apple liqueur from the underground waters of Hakkoda.
Hatomasamune, founded in 1899 in Towada, Aomori, brews with subsoil water from the Hakkoda and Oirase watershed. It makes the Hachitsuru Nmē Umeshu plum liqueur and the popular Yuki Ringo, which blends Aomori apple juice with cloudy nigori sake.
