Hinomaru Jozo
A 1689 Yokote brewery pouring its sake craft into a cheesecake-rich yogurt liqueur.
Hinomaru Jozo, founded in 1689 in Yokote, Akita, keeps a storehouse registered as a National Tangible Cultural Property and brews more than sixty sakes. That range of technique feeds its Yogurushu — a yogurt liqueur with a dense, cheesecake-like richness under the Mansaku no Hana label.
