Shimazaki Shuzo, founded in 1849 in Nasukarasuyama and known for long ageing in its cave cellars, steeps local green plums in sake for Azuma Rikishi Umeshu and makes a strawberry wine of 100% Tochiotome berries, free of flavourings and colourings.
