Oga Shuzo, founded in 1673, is the oldest sake brewery in Fukuoka Prefecture, committed to handwork and brewing with the subsoil water of Mt. Homan. Its Tamadeizumi Umeshu won silver in the sake-based division of the 2024 National Umeshu Awards.
